Summer is when Hollywood breaks out thrills, chills and big bucks in search
of a blockbuster.
Nine of the top 10 grossing movies of all time were released between May and
August. Summer blockbusters like E.T., Star Wars, Armageddon and Jurassic Park grace the top 30.
Notice a theme? Summer releases rarely come with Academy award-winning
scripts. Save the drama for fall. Summer is all about action and comedy.
This summer’s blockbusters may not win any awards, but they’re certain to
