2002 Oscar Nominees

A lavish period musical and fantasy novel adaptation are in the running for Best Picture at the 74th Annual Academy Awards. In addition to Moulin Rouge and Lord of the Rings, A Beautiful Mind, Gosford Park and In the Bedroom are vying for the top prize.
